Opinions of the Grand Maraji' of Taqleed for the followers of the Martyr Imam Khamenei
Ayatollah Sistani:
For the followers of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (may his secret be sanctified) and anyone who considers him the most knowledgeable and is committed and obligated to follow his fatwa, it is obligatory to remain in taqleed of him and they are not allowed to follow us, except in newly arisen issues.
Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi:
For the followers of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (may his secret be sanctified) and anyone who considers him the most knowledgeable, it is obligatory to remain in taqleed of him in matters where his fatwa has been acted upon, and they are not allowed to follow us, except in newly arisen issues.
Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani:
For the followers of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (may his secret be sanctified) and anyone who considers him the most knowledgeable and has acted upon his fatwa in some matters, it is obligatory to remain in taqleed of him in all matters and they are not allowed to follow us, except in newly arisen issues.
Ayatollah Javadi Amoli:
For the followers of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (may his secret be sanctified) and anyone who considers him the most knowledgeable, it is prudently obligatory to remain in taqleed of him and they are not allowed to follow us, except in newly arisen issues.
Ayatollah Vahid Khorasani:
For the followers of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (may his secret be sanctified) and anyone who considers him the most knowledgeable, and even those who are obligated to follow him, it is obligatory to act according to his fatwa and they are not allowed to follow us, except in newly arisen issues. Whether during his lifetime they were committed to acting on his fatwa or not, whether they acted on his fatwa or not, and whether they learned his fatwa or not.

Ayatullah Vahid Khorasani (Qom), have declared that
"Followers of Grand Ayatollah Martyr Khamenei are obliged to remain committed to following his fatwas and may only refer to a living Marja in newly arisen issues."

The Iranian leadership made a fatal mistake. They began to believe their own “Resistance” propaganda. Emboldened by their influence in Baghdad, Beirut, and Sana’a, they tried to move from being a state that “orbits” the US to being a peer that can demand concessions.
You should really learn what drives the ideology of the Islamic Republic, because sadly what you have commented serves to only show how little you understand.
